Susan M. Ware
Susan is a retired fundraising and non-profit manager. She began her career at her alma mater Transylvania University.
For 26 years, she was the vp of philanthropy for Bluegrass Care Navigators finally coming full-circle and retiring from Transylvania in 2024. She currently works part time for The Hearing & Speech Center in Lexington.
She is active in the community with several organizations including the Kentucky Pro Football Hall of Fame (secretary), Junior League of Lexington (past president); Association of Fund Raising Professionals - Bluegrass Chapter (past president) and Chi Omega Fraternity - Chi Chapter House Corporation (president). Susan is one of Blanton Collier's seven grandchildren and the daughter of his oldest child Carolyn Collier Ware.
