This award is given to an individual who, as a high school (or college?) official in the state of Kentucky, has displayed the character and integrity exemplified by Coach Collier, including love for the game and for the people involved.
This award is given to an individual or individuals who have demonstrated all aspects of character, especially those of Commitment, Determination and Courage, in spite of extreme adversity due to health or other catastrophic event.
