Blanton Collier Award for Integrity On and Off the Field
The Blanton Collier Award was established by the KY Chapter of the NFL alumni in 2007 to honor individuals who excel on and off the field.
Awards
Howard Schnellenberger Coach of the Year
This award is presented annually to a High School or College Coach who has demonstrated the same values of integrity, sportsmanship and leadership at the high school level.
Volunteer Coach of the Year
This award is presented annually to a volunteer coach at any level of youth football.
Tommy Bell Referee of the Year
This award is given to an individual who, as a high school (or college?) official in the state of Kentucky, has displayed the character and integrity exemplified by Coach Collier, including love for the game and for the people involved.
Ron Butler Character in Adversity Award
This award is given to an individual or individuals who have demonstrated all aspects of character, especially those of Commitment, Determination and Courage, in spite of extreme adversity due to health or other catastrophic event.
